Culvita Orchid Soil

The orchid is a popular houseplant, available in many varieties and colors. With its abundant blooming, it is loved by both young and older plant enthusiasts.

Suitable for:
Culvita Orchid Soil is the perfect growing medium for orchids. Its special structure and coarse texture provide excellent water permeability.

Not suitable for:
Due to the coarse texture of this mix, it is not suitable for other plants.

Properties:
Strict requirements are applied to the selection of raw materials for Culvita Orchid Soil. Only materials that meet the manufacturer’s standards are used. This product contains bark, specifically from the Pinus Maritima (French maritime pine). The bark is added to keep the mixture sufficiently airy, which is essential for orchids.

Application:

• Culvita Orchid Soil is used for potting and repotting orchids.
• After three years of growth, orchids should be repotted, preferably after the growing period. Use a slightly larger pot.
• Cut away any dead or rotting root parts.
• Fill the pot with orchid soil and place the plant inside.
• Press the soil firmly so the plant stands securely and water it.
• If the plant has grown too large, it can be divided. Pot both sections following the steps above, ensuring at least three shoots per pot.
• Using orchid fertilizer is recommended.
